I am wondering will the price for high end property in Penang sustainable in 3 years time, after all the high end projects from E&O, IJM, MahSing & QueensBay completed.
All of them pricing above 1.0 mil per unit.

Thanks for dropping by. I would say that the property prices will definitely soar higher after 3yrs. Population gets bigger land gets out of stock. Simple demand and supply structure.
because penang's a place for retirees and holiday homes... and if they can pay, developers would size and price them accordingly... this will mean that original penangites of current generation, like me, cannot afford to stay in penang anymore... anyway, penang's a cool place!! especially tanjung bungah... :)
